The Small Spaces 10m
The Small Spaces 10m is the largest cabin in our architecturally designed lineup.
With its mixed cladding and large glazing areas to capture the all day sun it is the perfect addition to your section or bach.
With a width of 3m and 30m2 footprint it is spacious and stylish. The Small Spaces 10m cabin comes with an internal partition wall with inbuilt cavity sliding door allowing you to seperate your bedroom from the rest of the cabin.
The Small Spaces 10m comes as standard;
- Fully Insulated (floor, walls and ceiling)
- Plywood flooring, walls and ceiling
- Large glazing areas and opening windows
- Four double power points, internal downlights and external lighting
- All electrical is signed off by a licensed electrician and comes with an electrical CoC
- Integrated deck and verandah with the ability to extend later
- Durable Corrugated cladding and Shadowclad plywood with all spouting and downpipes installed

Cabin Availability
Our cabins are built to order and we rarely have cabins around for long prior to delivery. We do however have a very reliable supply chain for materials.

DELIVERY
- Prices are Ex our yard in Ngahinapouri
- Cabin delivery and installation is quoted on a job specific basis
CONSTRUCTION
- Our cabins are all built from treated timber to last a lifetime
- All our cabins are quality checked by a qualified builder before leaving our yard
- All our cabins are connected via a standard caravan plug and come complete with an electrical COC from a registered electrician
- We use quality corrugated cladding on both the roof and walls and can supply in a range of colours
